How do I place an order for my BankerBag?

The easiest way to place your order is to contact us online or call us. An experienced account representative will walk you through the ordering process.

When you contact us, please include as many details as possible: bag style, colors, quantity, a date that the item is needed, and ship-to address.

Is there a minimum quantity required to place an order?

Yes: the minimum quantity is 50 bags.

What is the average production time?

Our standard lead time is 5 to 6 weeks from the time you approve the order to when you receive the bags.

Can you do a rush order to meet a tight deadline?

We often can rush an order, provided we have received all of the necessary artwork and approvals. Rush production is 4 to 5 weeks with a rush fee and expedited shipping. Please contact your account representative for details and any charges related to this service.

How are the bags shipped to me?

Bags are flat-folded and bulk-packed for efficient shipping. Weight will vary for each style and fabric. Please inquire with your account representative about special packaging requests.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the bags, your location, and the type of service you require. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Do you drop ship?

Yes, we can drop ship to multiple locations both in the US and globally. Please inquire for shipping and fulfillment pricing based on your specific request.

Can you add personalization to a bag order?

Yes, we can personalize each bag in addition to your log. Please speak with your account representative for pricing.

Is it possible to order a custom size bag?

Yes. We are able to customize the duffel or tote bag size, and we can also offer additional features to fit your needs. Please email us at Info@BankerBags.com to discuss features not listed on our site.

In what format should I send my logo when I place the order?

We require vector art: AI, SVG, EPS files. Please convert all fonts to outlines.

Art not submitted in the requested formats may delay production. If your art file is low resolution or needs to be professionally redrawn or reformatted, we can provide these services at a nominal fee to help expedite your order.

Pantone™ color match

The Pantone Matching system is a universal color matching system that tells us what color inks and fabrics to use and match to your corporate color(s). Pantone color numbers may be referenced for desired shades on larger orders; however, exact matches cannot be guaranteed. For more information on Pantone colors, visit www.pantone.com.

How do I approve my order?

Electronic proofs are provided on all orders for your signed approval. Pre-production samples, if needed, require 1 to 2 weeks in addition to the standard lead time and are generally provided on large quantity orders.

What are your terms and payment options?

New customers will need to complete a credit application at the time of your first order or pay with a credit card or wire transfer. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Can I wash my BankerBag?

We do not recommend washing the canvas bags as they may shrink and are not guaranteed to be colorfast. Spot cleaning with water and a mild detergent is recommended.
