Can you personalize individual bags?

We do not personalize individual bags, and our minimum order is 50 pieces. Please speak with your account representative for help with other options.

What are your terms and payment options?

Our terms are net 30 days. New customers will need to complete a credit application at the time of your first order, or pay with a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Can you do a rush order to meet a tight deadline?

We often can, provided we have received all of the necessary artwork and approvals. A rush order may mean you will not have custom woven ribbon on your bag. Please contact your Account Representative for details and any charges related to this service.

Do you drop ship?

Yes, we can drop ship to your location(s). There will be a $5.00 charge for any address after the initial ship to address. Also, there will be a $3.00 fulfillment charge per box for handling.

How are the bags shipped to me?

Bags are flat-folded and bulk-packed for efficient shipping. Weight will vary for each style and fabric. Individual poly-bagging is available at $0.45 per bag.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the bags and the type of service you require. Please contact us for a quote.

What do I need to send for artwork on the ribbon or bag decoration?

Art guidelines: We accept art in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign formats. Please convert all fonts to outlines, and if you are embedding files, please make sure to also include them.  Maximum file size is 20MB for emailed art.  You may also speak to your Customer Service Representative for specific artwork requirements or for information about uploading larger files to our FTP space. We can redraw logos at the correct resolution for printing if needed, at an additional cost.

Pantone™ color match: Pantone is a universal color matching system that tells the printer what color inks to use. Pantone color numbers may be referenced for desired shades; however, exact matches cannot be guaranteed. For more information on Pantone colors, visit www.pantone.com

Art services: Art not submitted in the requested formats may delay production. If your art file is low resolution or needs to be professionally redrawn or reformatted, we can provide these services at a nominal fee to help expedite your order. There is a $50.00 charge for redrawing each logo to make it camera ready.

Proofs: Electronic proofs are provided on all orders for your signed approval. Pre-production samples may require additional lead time and are generally provided on large quantity orders. Pre-production samples are also available for orders requiring halftone ink coverage, Pantone color matches, or upon request if time allows.

Can I wash my BankerBag™?

We do not recommend washing the canvas bags as they may shrink and are not guaranteed to be colorfast. Spot cleaning with water and mild detergent is recommended.

Is it possible to order a custom size bag?

Yes. We are able to customize the duffel or tote bag size, and we can also offer additional features  to fit your needs. Please call us at +1-646-395-5427 to discuss features not listed on our site.

Is there a minimum quantity required to place an order?

Yes: the minimum quantity is 50 bags.

What is the average production time?

Custom woven ribbon takes at least 3 to 4 weeks to produce, so BankerBags™ require 4 to 6 weeks from the time you approve the order to when you will receive the bags. If you have an event or closing dinner requiring a rush, we are happy to work with your deadline and provide a quote for any additional associated costs.

How do I place an order for my BankerBag?

The easiest way to place your order is to contact us or call +646-395-5427.  An experienced sales associate will walk you through the ordering process.

You may also begin designing your logo tote or duffel by using our Build Your Own BankerBag online tool. You can save and email your design. (Please note: You will be asked to create a login if you want to save or email the file you create.)

When you contact us, please include as many details as possible: your bag preference (tote or duffel), color, quantity, date that the item is needed, and ship-to address.  A dedicated account representative will immediately get back to you with a confirmation, and to go over any additional details.
